Reasons why you would need lock replacement

There are a couple reasons why you would need a lock replacement. One of the reasons is that you have a broken lock. Broken locks cannot be rekeyed and thus need to be changed. Another reason you would need your locks replaced is for better security. Some locks are weaker than others and need to be replaced for better protection from unwanted guests.

A fresh installation involves drilling new holes to fit a lock. Since not all locks are built the same, fresh installations are required to fit new locks. Additionally a deadbolt is not already installed, a fresh installation will be needed.
